- Your email address — only when you choose to sign up for the newsletter or request the free novella.
- Your name — only if you choose to provide it when subscribing.
- Basic usage data — anonymised, aggregated analytics such as which pages are viewed and the type of device used, to help us improve the site. This does not identify you personally.
We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, sensitive personal information, and we do not collect payment details on this site — book purchases happen through third-party retailers such as Amazon, under their own privacy policies.
03How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Send you the free novella and the email newsletter you signed up for.
- Share news about new books, release dates, and related updates from The Tomorrow Bureau.
- Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
Every newsletter we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can leave at any time, and your address is removed from our active list.
04Email & the newsletter
Our newsletter is delivered through a third-party email service provider, which stores your email address securely on our behalf so we can send you messages. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and act only on our instructions. When you subscribe, you consent to your email being stored and processed for this purpose.
